- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders and opened consumables (e.g., tapes, adhesives), are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of your item.
- Condition of Returned Items: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@eastcoastdrywall.com and send your item to:

5. Sale Items
- Policy: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Gifts
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Refunds to Gift Givers: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
