  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders and opened consumables (e.g., tapes, adhesives), are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of your item.
  • Condition of Returned Items: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to officially post.
    • Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Policy: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Refunds to Gift Givers: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

  • Fee: A fee may be applied if the item returned is not in new condition.
